I got on league after eating, went to go adjust my item sets, AND THEY WERE GONE! idk what happened but does anyone know how i can get them back without having to redo them all

I'd say your best bet is just to redo all your item sets.

I personally don't use item sets, so I don't know if there is a way to fix that.
2 choices:
Redo all of your item sets
Or
Play League without item sets.

i set my item sets for each champion based on the top mobafire guide for that champ, to make sure i always get the right items

Honestly that's happened to me sooo many times, I'm certain I hit save and once I join a match they're gone, poof, and I gotta remake them, it's really annoying.

Used them.
Got deleted for some reason.
Spent time creating them again.
Used them.
Got deleted for some reason. AGAIN.
Started to create them, noticed I already know what items to take, stopped right there and haven't bothered since.
Only on new champs do I still have issues with items, but hey, learning is part of the fun.

I have a second monitor with guides open while I'm playing League, so I don't use items sets. I want to use them even less if they have a tendency to get deleted.
