Why don't you use the Blade Weaving and Spell Weaving masteries? They are perfect for Lucian's playstyle. Frenzy doesn't seem as useful since you don't invest much in crit chance (TF doesn't give much compared to Shiv/PD, IE is your last offensive item).

Your right, in my next update I will change out the masteries with something that uses blade and spell weaving and taking out frenzy.
