Looking for a support / top laner (EUW)

Having a different player take her spot would obviously allow us to work on this, which is why we're currently considering doing this (please note nothing is final, just an option we want to explore). Alternatively, finding a different top laner while moving myself back into the bot lane to what used to be my main role would work just as well. So, with that said, a little bit of extra info on our team: We finished season 3 in gold IV with a 23-18 W/L and are currently placed in silver II after going 4-4 in our first 8 games of the new season. We're looking to reclaim our gold status and climb up from there, though it should be noted that the most important part for us is to be able to play regularly (at least two times a week) in order to improve both individually and as a team. I think I went like 35-5 in 3 days from Silver III to Silver I, but at the end of it, I was just gaining +5, +6 points per game and I got to somewhere like ~80 LP. If I started earlier, I'd have gotten that Gold pretty easily I feel, but ho hum.[/quote]
