You already have the indicators for allied ultimates
you can see from chat when dragon/baron has been killed

Well you need to enable timetamps for buff timers and alot time its annoying read threw chat since people talk so much.
Also i think this helps people most who dont have buff times memorized.
those timers, especially if they tell you when it's up are kinda unfair. But I guess it's the same as writing it down.
In the end the only unfair thing would be if it gives you a visual/audio message that dragon or nashor is going to be up
Edit.
Oh but ally champions ult CD is op

Competitive League of Legends should be about the ability to outplay the enemy, not the ability to keep random numbers in your head. These features are things that Riot should have implemented into the official game ages ago.
Whether they were implemented or not, players that have played 400+ games and have played every champ would've started remembering the jungle respawn timers and ultimate cooldowns at one point or another xD
Idk, I just find the fact that people with so many games played need this kind of tool weird :o

I think friendly ultimate timers should be fine, but the game seems a bit more interesting if you don't have the enemy's buff timers or buff timers in general. I mean, they already have the feature where you'll see the buff icon respawn if you had vision of the empty camp.
