Biggest changes are tear and support items. I honestly think with that tear change we could see return of jayce huge huge buff it will be stacked so much faster it was to slow as it was in 4.2

NEWPASSIVE Additionally grants +1 maximum mana per 8 seconds (+1 maximum mana per 6 seconds on Crystal Scar)

jayce still cant stack it with R, yes its faster than before but its still slow since he cant just press R constantly to stack it

also as far as i know jayce is still kinda lame in the current meta anyways

He could fit a poke comp but with potentially more success than, say, Dr. Mundo (although mundo does have the permaspam factor on his side). Nida, Jayce and Caitlyn together have some good siege synergy per example, and they also have pretty nice disengage.

I'd say the main issue is that current junglers are really aggressive with the aggravation that Jayce isn't super tanky and he needs to really be thought out as a pick because of the risk of allowing things like Nasus on the other side.

If Jayce can get put vs a top laner that isn't a tank god, everything goes in his favor (Seen it way too many times in diamond). Otherwise, you might as well be attacking a brick wall with a lawn mower.

I thought champions with multiple gap closers kinda melt jayce.
Outside of the popular meta top picks these days (like Renekton), i thought jayce has a rough time vs Rivens, Fioras, and Irelias... I'm sure there are others too tho

I think the most important thing was either the Kha leap ratio nerf (Now has a nearly noon existent AD ratio), and maybe the Ryze buff. I dont think that Tear will make a massive comeback because 1 mana every 8 seconds is like what, 1 ability every 32 seconds?

Basically MOBAFire.

Nerf on support items and doran's shield. Yay. Now I'm even less inclined to play support.

How could you argue that relic shield, and spellthief's edge got nerfed?!
Couldn't you argue that they got buffed to the point where you could actually afford to build them?
These buffs to support items made it so that supports wouldn't have to be forced into buying Ancient coin, and could broadenand diversify their builds. How the heck does that make you less inclined to play support?

Relic shield is a nerf, if you do the calculations correctly.
I think it went from health regen per 5 to a 40 health heal, that overall does less than the original health regen per 5 did. It probably heals the ADC for more though.

Basically MOBAFire.
