After latest patch i think there as bad as lvl 3 boots that give no combat stats. Before i ran on leona or thresh since i wanted to land hook or catch people and go around and ward. Now if you get hit once or go into combat your to slow way to slow you can escape if your in combat most people can kite you all day super weak.

CDR boots all day now on my thresh now and leona ill go ninja tabi.

also obviously they feel weak it was a nerf to them, they give no combat stats because they give out of combat stats, plus it always felt terrible having a leo/thresh initiate from miles away with coin active and mobi boots, and still have MS to do other things

deserved nerf for supports, i feel like junglers got it worse than supports

I had JUST gotten into running those boots on my junglers half the time, just so I could gank better and provide more ward coverage. Sucks they got nerfed.

When it comes to teamfights, i feel like there is only one direction that people with these boots can go - forward. What i dislike about these boots, is that if you get these boots, you can't really run from skirmishes - unless you can pop something like talisman, or you're blitzcrank or thresh and have really nice mobility

Started using Boots of Swiftness on Talon. Not quite the same, but MS is strong anyway.

Let me see, Swiftness boots give 60 so (345+60)1.36*1.40= I aint solvin this but Im pretty sure this is enough to initiate as a support..

So I added: Twin shadows,Masteries,quintessence,captain and the boost from Ascension. and swift boots ofc.
