To me, the best top quinn guide! thank you mate

This Guide was realy helpful to me as i started to play quinn top, but i think you should also add teleport to the summonerspells as you can tp roam which is very strong on quinn especially with valor.

A really good guide i see you put a lot of work into it and it`s just AWESOME ^^
But i`ve got a quiz
So why choose Black Cleaver over Youmuu`s Ghostblade ?
since both grants you armor penetration and you don`t need to deal a lot of hits when in Valor`s form but on the other side the Ghostblade gives you movement speed and attack speed

I really like the guide. Quinn is one of my favorite champions to play. She is a lot of fun, though I feel she is slightly underpowered and good use a slight buff/rework. Anyway, my one criticism of the guide is that you seem to have mixed up the seals and glyphs recommending MR seals and armor glyphs. I'm sure this is just an oversight.

Regarding the discussion of Quinn in top lane, I prefer to play her there. I do understand and agree with the argument that the team needs a tankier bruiser type champ, so I don't recommend her with every comp. If you can get a tank in another role though, she works great. She works great with a Volibear or Ammumu jungle or a Taric support. The other caution I'd add is that she can struggle against some of the ability based tops, as her blind isn't very useful. It allows her dominate many of the more autoattack dependent tops however. Anyway, good luck playing Quinn everyone.

It's definitely a good guide. And I understand about adding the match-ups. Question though. What are some tips against someone like a Kha'Zix top? I feel like characters like him are an insanely hard counter. You can out lane him until level 6 I believe, but after that you can't out trade him as he goes invisible and jumps at you.

I am currently in the process of adding match-ups but it takes time because I need to play lots of games to get rarer champ match-ups to happen so I can give the information required.

I usually go vault after Q to reduce it's cooldown, as every time you use it you get a free passive proc.
What I do is wait for an opportunity to start a duel then hit and wait for passive proc, hit again and then vault as soon as it lands, giving you 2 procs in 2 hits and taking a big chunk of health off while you continue to AA and Q when you can, it also makes your gap closer deal more damage as valor.
This choice is mainly down to the fact that if you rush BotRK early you get the AS needed anyway, so the procs are my focus :)

I'm surprised you prioritize Vault over Heightened Senses, especially with a BotRK. I've always found that Vault only needs a single point until late game, the damage usually comes from proccing the mark it gives instead of from the ability itself it seems, whereas 2 or 3 points of Heightened Senses earlier gives you more burst and chase speed, making people fear being marked more. Granted that is more from an ADC perspective than top lane, I'll have to experiment.

This is a great guide, and gave me a great first game with Quinn against a Dr. Mundo. However, I was wondering if you could add match-up information. Since you have had experience with Quinn top, what match-ups do you think are easy and which are not so easy? I assume that ADC top is somewhat limited, so this would be very helpful.
