[/quote] This is commonly known as Pay2Win. It's the reason why Riot doesn't allow people to exchange IP for RP and buy runes with RP. Paying for ARAM rerolls would break everything about the game mode. Having to pay for content that should already be available to everyone, such as game-modes or special tools (See most modern pre-order in-game content offers) that give you an advantage over other players, no matter how insignificant, always ruins the game. I wouldn't bother paying for anything but the visual customization, even then I wouldn't pay very much for it.[/quote]
