scaling is really good now not sure about lcs play but lvl 6 break even after lvl 6 your stronger with every level vs someone with flat.
i think scaling mr will be standard for most tanks top now and junglers in general.
Im not sure about flat armor vs scaling tho if you need it to clear or not so it might still not be good.

One thing about nerfing the armor yellows is it will allow for the other yellows to be used. I mean really when was the last time you seen a a well written guide with a different yellow rune.

Why? The nerf doesn't lower your armor at all if you use them (except for Ziggs and Gragas).
What I really like to see now is the comeback of the S1 or even S0 Full AS-Runepage junglers. This in combination with the buffed Wriggle's Lantern seems to be a very strong combo.
