Meh, i think that rito needs to do something about xin zhao's innate tankiness, before he becomes really viable again

Pretty much how it works wait for champ get nerfed others stronger now just because of that. I think that xin is still good he will get picked up more when the likely kha nerfs and few others.
i think they should turn xin into a drain tank, sort of like how his old AP build was only a little less...annoying
plus that was the most viable xin ever was since his rework, cuz you know j4 was just better
