Caitlyn/ Nidalee is a ******ly strong duo. Nevermind the spears or Piltover Peacemakers, but the traps are a nightmare. Imagine trying to CS or dodge projectiles while you literally CANNOT MOVE because every where you step are traps... Luckily, Soraka heals are so amazing~

most broken i have noticed are
Soraka (heals, silence, q has a negative cooldown)
Lulu (kiting...FOR DAYS...and oh yeah squirrels/snowmen/cupcakes...FOR DAYS)
Fizz (troll poles for life)
Hecarim (dem q's)
Nami (not quite as much but her w is crazy and she can keep in bubbles for life)
Ryze (most broken of all but you can only go against bots...still you should try it...just silly)

Q has no CD because it has a 0.7 second CD, and casting any other spell reduces that CD by 1... leaving it at 0. And his ult is also permanently up in duels.
Try AP Shaco. Even if you can store only 6 Jack In The Boxes, its still pretty cool. I was planted a box in a bush and I died. I was shopping when.... "You have slain an enemy".
