True, although you also have to take into account the build order of your opponent. A brutalizer rush against champs that don't use armor seals will hurt... alot

Yeah I'm not saying HP seals are better than armor in AD matchups, you also have to take into account that as you level up and get more HP, the armor gets stronger etc. But if HP seals are stronger than armor seals early on even against AD matchups, then they're sure as hell stronger all around in AP matchups where the only physical threat is low AD auto attack pokes.

I think i found best setup for tank supports.

Reds i run flat ad or hybrid pen depending. Thresh i usually go flat ad and leona hyhbird.

seals hp flat or per lvl depends when u want the power

flat mr blues

quints armor


Since you get 13 armor from quints now and only 9 from seals is better to run armor on your quints now and hp on seals.

Running flat hp seals you only miss 6 hp and get alot more armor good trade off.

Unless im wrong what stats are better 4 more armor or 6 hp? In stats for early game.

so are you saying that flat mr should be replaced by scaling mr? I talk about mainly fighters now, or tanky fighters if you will. Like Rumble.

Switch em out. You could also try armor reds and HP quints/seals

I didn't change my runes much. On Gragas I already used HP seals anyways. Just changed for almost all AP carries except the very immobile.

Haven't changed to scaling CDR glyphs as well, still the good old ~5% at the start. I honestly don't see the point of scaling CDR runes because champions that I do run CDR glyphs I usually have 40% by the fourth item including boots. But that's just me.

So, all in all, mostly I've just hopped on the HP seals bandwagon.

4 armor, effective health is almost always better than flat health points.

ADC will now use AS Quints instead of LS according to Diamondprox and his thoughts on 4.5 he posted it on fb.

Most popular combos are flat ad then 3 attack speed or 2 attack speed 1 ad.

Not sure if you still need armor yellows as ad i have seen some people using hp per lvl.
