But once it's stacked, it's OP.

... mice sensitivity is controlled by your computer, not by the mouse (unless it's a ****ty-*** mouse). A $10 mouse used on top of my laptop was good enough to get me to Gold 4 on NA with 240 ping.
And yes, keyboards can be bought separately. You don't need a fancy keyboard to play video games. A cheap one will do. But if you want to splash some money and buy a keyboard that will last just as long as a cheap one but has a brand name on it, go ahead.
All mice have a maximum dpi, you can adjust the speed up to the maximum through the computer itself or even above that maximum with certain software...but how high a mouse's dpi is determines the maximum sensitivity it can have. Cursor acceleration can be adjusted to give the illusion of higher dpi, but it doesn't actually increase the sensitivity. Cheaper mice tend have lower dpi and, therefore, lower sensitivity.
and the $10 mouse I had was what you can get for that cheap around here (and a major reason I had issues very early on with league): tiny, virtually useless for anything but basic web browsing, and didn't last long enough to have been worth buying. That mouse stopped functioning after less than a year of normal use and my current $40 one has virtually paid for itself at $10/year. I don't exactly live in a huge city or even a suburb of one...the last time I looked (which was probably a year ago now), the best buy here only sold keyboards with mice in store, not keyboards alone. Hopefully this has changed or I may just order one on Amazon despite wanting to be able to use the monitor now (my laptop screen is bordering on completely shot, but I don't have the money to replace my laptop atm).
It's not about a spiffy brand name (I go for cheap and usable if possible, which is why I have an offbrand headset, for example), it's about durability. Not about to chuck $200 at a fancy mechanical keyboard, but I'm not gonna buy something that'll just stop functioning in 8 months either.
