Buff both with 5 and increase the cost to 2500 and we got a great item. Maybe buffing the reg to 15 could be feasible too. But the main point of this item is the CDR and if you buff that you'll get a much more useful item. You'll also reach 35%CDR with that+runes and masteries, pretty much making more CDR unnecessary.[/quote]
