Hello after the feral flare is released what does it do? Trick acts like it does more damage but it says nothing.. Any ideas?

It does this. It says quite clearly that the more stacks you get the more damage and healing this item does.

3 extra damage to monsters, 1 extra damage to champions, 1 extra heal.
Per stack.
Magic damage.
On AD champs.
The significance of this should be rather apparent....
