Pro's get away with a lot more things than you normally can't do in solo queue. The Trinity Force Last Whisper Rushes from Korea on Ezreal and Lucian are an example of that. Generally if they're gonna run AS, they aren't going to be needing that lifesteal because they can just abuse that AS to bully the top/solo bot laner out of lane and take turrets marginally faster. And if you're talking about Yellowpete and Tabbz in solo queue, I'd like to know what champions they're running, because if it's the usual Twitch/Vayne/Cait picks with AS, I'm not surprised because they can get away with it in lane, it can make them hella strong in terms of lane bullying.[/quote]

She can perhaps still be good against squishy low range matchups which she can zone from level 1, combined with a strong burst ADC like graves to have a devastating level 6. I'd probably build her spellthief (high range auto's for free gold) + mobi boots with distortion followed by standard support items unless fed, then go with damage items like DFG.
