Indeed, quite a few items haven't gotten the entire gains withcalculated, which I find problematic considering the fact that most of the items, are only numberbased, which is rather easy to calculate. It's just about giving the item effects some sort of priority. For example Rabadon's Deathcap should have last priority when AP is calculated, since it has to take the 30 % from the full amount of AP you have.

I don't think this will be very complicated to add. You just gotta make sure that the "buffs" are unique when they are supposed to and that they calculate the bonus after all the item bonuses.
