I believe there were a few years back but I wasn't a member at that time yet so I can't say for sure. Anyway, even Vapora didn't get his name changed so I guess the requirements are pretty high.

Vapora never asked for one.
I know two people who have had their names changed, though, Minho and Embracing. However, name changes are really low on the priority list of the admins, naturally, so it's unlikely you can get it changed.

Fun thing is, I didn't even know about that when I created the name. It was a few months in when I met a dutch player and he told me. I just picked it because it was a nickname of mine and means baby seal in my language (swedish).
