IE is a better item than then bt once you get phantom dancer and last whisper. I think this this buff trinity force bt and last whisper will be better build again on champs like corki or lucian. IE takes alot longer to spike in power and on ability based adcs bt might be better again.[/quote]

[/quote] It's slightly better for the caster ad carries but I doubt it'll do much. It for sure won't buff them up in such a way that they will be better than those who can abuse IE/BotRK rush.[/quote]

[/quote] Shield's fairly strong late-game, but now they lowered the shield value by a good amount. The tradeoff would be that it decays less fast, but it's pretty easy to keep up late-game when pushing with your team. Also no I don't understand what a buff means, please explain it to me... ...Fucking idiot![/quote]
