[/quote] [[syndra]] can stun, [[veigar]] can stun, [[kassadin]] can mitigate damage with Q, [[swain]] can ult instantly, [[karma]] and [[lulu]] can shield, [[lulu]] can polymorph and full combo, [[soraka]] can silence in response and cancel distortion, [[pantheon]] can stun her before the combo is fully pulled, [[lissandra]] can snare and full combo her in response, [[zed]] no longer fears ult combo cancelation,... Before, if you W+Q+R+E champions who didn't react on time between that Q+R silence proc could do exactly 0 in lane, making it easier for leblanc to smoothe them and prepare the kill later (since, big surprise, leblanc can't 100-0 in lane from the start of the game). It was a LOT harder to go against her and play against her CDs. Now you can fight back, and her combo initiation also leaves her open for some champ's reactions, like [[syndra]] countering with a stun and actually doing the 100-0 herself. Not to mention the silence was a bitch when you were getting ganked, since many junglers bring CC themselves, creating a chain off cc you had pretty much no means to escape. She isn't trash, but you can play around her in lane with more space and she has to be a lot more precise.[/quote]
