Her kit is deceptively powerful, the problem is nobody can remember how to use it.[/quote]

Yes, people haven't used smite on them, but for a reason. None of them have a reliable escape, and Fizz doesn't benefit from Cinderhulk. There's a reason Irelia hasn't be used with Cinderhulk. All of those are either pocket picks, specific picks, or just less common. He won't play half of these champions unless they plan around it. Second, many of those are just plain stupid.
