do you think duo adc on bot wins or loses the game
Thinking about it if you wanted to go crazy you could have 4 (maybe 5) ADCs in one team and still have some kind of success.
You would have the normal ADC - lets say
Caitlyn for now
Then you could have Jinx as a wierd ADC support because of her slows and stuns (work with me here)
Then in mid you could have Ezreal as the AP ADC
in top lane you would most likely have Teemo who is classed as an Marksman so is an ADC too
in Jungle would be difficult but maybe someone like Twitch or Miss Fortune would kind of work although not brilliantly.

I've won with both. I passed my promos into Gold with a Soraka- Lulu duo botlane.
I tend to prefer duoing in different lanes, because I'm pretty confident in carrying botlane by myself or coordinating well through jungle. Having said that, duoing botlane has a huge boon of communication and coordination. There's also more awareness and it puts strong control over dragon and enemy bottom buff.
What most duo botlanes don't seem to realise in my experience is that it's not just about winning the lane, getting the tower or getting the kills, but it's about securing dragon and pressuring botlane buffs too. At one point, one or both of you should roam too. Of course, this is assuming you're not feeding.

In duo adc matches ive seen one player (ie, Twitch before being murdered for our sins) clearing half of the jungle to keep up with the gold income...
This is of course only if the Jungle allows so, or theres doble top.... Yeah... ironically ive never seen a duo top AND duo adc team lose... So maybe duo adc is viable in low levels as long as both players are skilled enough, and tanks know how to do their job.
Still, its just madness in high elo.... Kind of fun how closely related is the idea of low elo success and madness
