Maybe the beatmap fir your style more. Like I can't finish or do well in AR8 maps that have triple notes or long streams. In comparison I find AR9 maps not too hard if they don't have any of the things mentioned above.

It also has to do with style indeed, but mostly that it's hard to time specific jumps & combos if you're used to a completely different AR (I mostly play 8, sometimes 9)

There is no specific theme to it or anything but I like it. I guess
it's Nisekoi-ish theme.
