That sounds nice. There could be a reviewing tool like you said, that would post reviews in a section made for them, and a comment/question section. Maybe there would be the need to put a limit for them, like "you can't review more then that for today/you need to meet these requirements".

Well, now that i look at the badge, it says "who have spent a lot of time and effort into developing and participating in the community", i think he meets those requirements. Probably they will be spread to more people and is just as wayne said, it takes sometime.

Well, it might be it just comes in later because cashing or whatever reason. The "Exceptional Editor" badge I also got like a week later than everyone else :3
