Soraka ranked?

I'd personally rather have a Taric in my lane because the stun is more helpful in letting me or him get kills (if I'm smart I'd also have some sort of CC) while watching my mana is something of an acquired skill and at the same time, Taric can heal, too along with his AD aura.
