I have facts behind me all the lucian's vs tris lanes i have seen in high level play lucian never never takes over or wins early enough to stop tris. By taking Lucian you assuming you can win in less than 20 some minutes not good game plan. I have yet to see tris lose early enough to not win the game shes just broken atm and perm ban in solo q.[/quote]
