Why?
Because without it, i couldn't ask my friends to play it. So here is the case. My friends play DOTA 2. I always want to ask them to try LoL (i already played DOTA as well) but everytime i think of doing it, i'm not sure what champions i should suggested to them because the free champion roster always change and the easy but probably their favorite role might not be available.

So, my suggestion is to give every player 5 permanent free champions and 10 champions that change every week (like usual). The 5 permanent champion should be : Ashe, Annie, Garen, Master Yi and Sona (yes she is a 3150 IP but Soraka is pretty hard now). And maybe lower the cost of the starter pack to 400 so people can buy it at once when they play LoL. I think it wouldn't cost Riot much as it already gain so much money and SMITE do this and even DOTA 2 give all the heroes.

Also, if actually possible i reccomended Riot to give these 50 champions to be able to be played at the first week the profile was created

Soraka is stll easier than Sona to play, and the list you provided is full of champions that wouldn't make sense to introduce a new player in the game considering some of them are difficult to play like Ezreal, Karthus, and Lee Sin, while some ( Udyr, Amumu) are impossible for them to play because they have no runes, masteries, or smite to jungle as and they're not good choices for lane.

The only permanent free champs for new players should be something like, Renekton and Nasus for top, Warwick and Fiddlesticks for jungle, Annie and Talon for mid, Lucian and Caitlyn for ADC, Soraka and Taric for support.

It'd be nice if we got all the champs right away like in DOTA 2, but one main difference is that Valve and Hi-Rez actually make money from other stuff too, but not Riot, so they're not as lenient with their costs.

Seems interesting, but with these champions being free to new players all of us would get them free as well (I'd imagine). In which case these champs would have an even worse rap than they currently do. Going Garen top would be even more of a cardinal sin in ranked than it is today.

Interesting idea though, just tell them how LoL's the better MOBA.

Tristana and Alistar are already "Free" Plus looking at the 450 list you have plenty of choices

Annie
Ashe
Garen
Kayle
Master Yi
Nunu
Poppy
Ryze
Sivir
Soraka
Warwick

Every role is filled here adn many of these champs can double up into multiple lanes and roles. and they still cost less than a 6300 champ all together.

The mistake you are making with this argument is that others do something like this for new players. Well that's fine and all but other companies are not Riot and Riot does thing their way. you should let them do it their way.

Limiting a new player's champion pool is probably what got me hooked on league. I really got to understand champions in depth, and actually learn how their kit works. With having all champions free to play, like in DotA, it can be almost frustrating trying to learn the game, because you need to try out every champion to learn how their kit works, before you can actually have some success in DotA.

FYI, a new account does not have access to the weekly free champion rotation. Until you hit something like level 6 you have a different list of champions available. I don’t recall who is in there and a few minutes of searching did not turn up a list (but it seems that this was a Patch 4.1 change). This would be good info for Riot to make more available so we can help out new players. I recall playing a bit of Wukong when I created my second account.

League is a Free to Play game and Riot's only way of making money is on players who buy champions and skins. If they made a select group of champions permanently free outside of ranked play, it would give new and established players no reason to have to purchase those champions, so they would never implement that. I think the free rotation is good, as is.

And now Ammumu is a 450.

Unlock the whole pool ffs, one reason I ply dota wayyyy more than league is that locked pool.
I played my first 20 games of LoL and got to unlock one 1350ip guy, in dota if I played 20 games I could play all 20 games as a new person and wouldnt run out of people to play until I hit like 105+ games. It's rediculoud and Rito need to fix it.

This. If you don't like the fact that you have to purchase champions with the option of using the free points they give you just for playing games to do it, then maybe you should just....idk not play? Everyone has been through "#thestruggle" of buying champions at low levels. I've been playing since early season 1, still don't have the whole champion pool unlocked, and I'm perfectly happy with that.

You can easily purchase at least one-two champions per role at this point with IP (if you buy the 450 ones) and then just save up your IP for runes until you're level 20. If you wanna get really fancy you can purchase a couple of the more expensive champions with RP like I did on my smurf and have at it. If you're easily bored then perhaps, again, you should consider a different game. This is part of how riot makes their money and it's really not that much of a problem in the long run, unless you aren't willing to play enough games to get the IP needed or fork out some real money to buy things you want to play.

If anything is an issue, it's the fact that runes that are actually worth having aren't able to be purchased before level 20 while also not being purchasable with real money, not champions being locked until you unlock them with free points you already get just for playing.
