In the voting section I would give people the option to say in what subcategory their favorite would fit in. This way, if we have plenty of nominees, we can still have the subcategories seperate. For example: [i]100 votes[/i] [i]Category: Best Poster 2014[/i] [i]Who is your favorite poster?[/i] [i]* Person A[/i] [i]* Person B[/i] [i]* Person C[/i] [i]* Person D[/i] [i][/i] [i]Which of the following words applies the most to this person?[/i] [i]* Witty[/i] [i]* Intellectual[/i] [i]* Helpful[/i] [i]* Troublemaker[/i] [i][/i] [i]Person A: 40 votes. 30 votes on intellectual, 9 on witty[/i] [i]Person B: 30 votes. 20 on helpful, 8 on intellectual[/i] [i]Person C: 20 votes. 9 on intellectual, 7 on witty[/i] [i]Person D: 10 votes. 5 on intellectual, 3 on witty[/i] [i][/i] [i]Person A wins an award for most intellectual poster 2014, person B wins an award for most helpful poster 2014, person C wins an award for most witty poster 2014.[/i] [i][/i] [i]The troublemaker subcategory goes down as it has no presence in these votes thus no one gets an award for it.[/i] So it basically just makes things more lenient for the awarding and makes nominating easier as it is less specific.[/quote]

It will remain in the voting, but in the nomination it is just the same as the other "best poster" subcategories.[/quote]
