Caitlyn takes a moment to channel and line up the perfect shot, then she fires, dealing 300 / 500 / 700 (+1.0 per bonus attack damage) physical damage, but other enemy champions can intercept it. Damage is increased by 0-50% depending on your critical strike chance. This ability grants true sight of the target during the channel.

Ways to dodge*
Abilities that turn a champion untargetable such as Vladimir's Sanguine Pool, Fizz's Playful, Fiora's Blade Waltz and Elise's Rappel will break the lock-on and/or dodge the projectile.
Or
Clones like Mirror Image, Children of the Grave, Hallucinate and Omen of Death.
Or
Zhonya's Hourglass OP?
Or

While dealing massive damage it is pretty useless in team brawls.. I have intercepted her killing shot numerous times for allied champions... it may be OP but if the opposing team works together this ult is rendered almost useless.

The recent buff makes this much more of a threat to fleeing champions. Very powerful.
