Every 5 seconds, Galio gains 40% bonus attack speed and his next basic attack deals 15-115 (+45% of ability power) (+1.0 per attack damage) (+0.6 per bonus magic resistance) magic damage to surrounding enemies (depending on level).

Whenever Galio hits an enemy champion or epic monster with abilities, this ability's cooldown gets reduced by 3 seconds, once per cast.
