Quinn Ability (LoL): Heightened Senses

One possible reason is that she's a squishy adc, and Valor form is melee. It would make sense if tou don't use Valor for long fights but instead for bursting people, the move speed and the finisher part of her ult.

80% attack speed boost? The hell are you thinking, Riot? 300AD and Attack speed items + 80% boost? How the hell do you stop her?

Valor form needs nerf.
