Every third attack or ability on the same enemy deals an additional 0 / 10 / 20 / 30 / 40 (+100% of ability power) plus 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 / 14% of target's max health as magic damage and grants 20 / 40 / 60 / 80% movement speed decaying over 3 seconds.
