Rumble Ability (LoL): Junkyard Titan

Rumbles abilities generate heat. While above 50 heat, he enters the danger zone, causing his basic abilities to gain bonus effects. When he reaches 100 heat, he overheats for 5.25 seconds.

While overheated, Rumble silences himself, but gains 20 - 80% attack speed (depending on level) and causes his attacks to deal additional magic damage equal to 5 - 40 (+25% of ability power) + 6% of the target's maximum health (depending on level).
