What's that build ? It's can't use... U know gp need an Infnty for increased crit. damage. U must take an Infinty, a Berserker Bot, 2 Phantom, 2 Blood... In the early game if u have so many mone u can sell Bot for buy a Phantom...

I think this is stupid because you forget to take into account one thing: attack speed caps at 2.5 per second. This means that eventually, on the builds such as for Teemo and Kayle, you will cap attack speed about halfway into your builds. I love a good troll as much as the next guy, but I like trolls where there's a possibility for victory. I don't see that here.

2 hextech and no defense on hecarim is suicide... and swifntess + Phantom are a waste.
