Stand out of his range and take passive from ADC. He can instantly put your W on cooldown, but that means he's engaging you and not the ADC.
Ashe
Slows you with W. Make sure to be close to your ADC when you go for passive.
Bard
Jump off to the side to not get stunned with your ADC. If Bard roams try to shove as hard as you can. If you don't win lane, your mid will be upset with how much he's seeing Bard.
Blitzcrank
Stay behind cs and poke ADC. Always be careful when you hop on/off of your teammates, as he can pull you and you die. Period.
Brand
Very hard to sustain his damage. If he stuns you, your ADC will probably die soon after you. Make sure to stay on ADC when he ults your ADC alone so that it doesn't get extra bounces and vice versa: if there's a lot of units, you can tank 1-2 bounces to save your teammates.
Braum
Your passive goes through his shield, popping it. You can take a Braum Q for your ADC and likely survive, if you can hop back on. Watch out for Braum ult in teamfights.
Caitlyn
You will most likely never get a single passive from Caitlyn, since if you try you get netted, trapped and one shot.
Draven
The danger lies in his E, Stand Aside. It's fast, it puts your W on cooldown and slows you. Then you're dead.
Ezreal
High damage and range. You can go for a passive if he missed W-Q combo. If he uses E for damage you can catch him with your ult for a guaranteed kill.
Aphelios
Don't hop off your ADC until he uses up Gravitum (purple slow and root gun).
Galio
The taunt and knock up are deadly, but if you stay out of range you can win easily.
Heimerdinger
If you see him bot lane just survive.
Janna
You outsustain her poke and give more stats to your ADC. Play smart, don't get caught by her Q and you should win!
Jhin
Beware his W and try to make the trades short. Harass him with Q and you should be good.
IMPORTANT: If you have enough HP, TAKE A JHIN ULT FOR YOUR ADC! You can save your ADC dozens of times like this!
Jinx
Doesn't hurt too bad early, but always look out for her root.
Kai'Sa
Depends on her support. Kai'Sa with a CC support will ruin your day, otherwise she doesn't do enough damage to kill anyone early, unless you misplay hard.
Karma
You provide more sustain for your ADC than she does to hers, but she has more utility and damage. If she tries to root you hop on someone ASAP.
Kog'Maw
Squishy, easy to harass. Use your summoners to get early kills on him.
Leona
Stand out of her E range and get passive from ADC instead. If she misses her E, then you can throw some autos in during a trade.
Lucian
You can catch him with ult after he dashes. Try your best to not get fullcombo'd by him when going for a passive proc.
Lulu
A good Lulu will shield your every Q and harass you and your ADC. Watch out for her polymorph as she can use it to put your W on cooldown.
Lux
A smart Lux will never use Q until you hop off. If she does, you are free to do whatever you want.
Malphite
Annoying, has more utility and damage than you. Stay safe!
Maokai
Stay out of his W range and get passive from ADC instead. In this lane you will either win hard or passively farm for a long time.
Miss Fortune
Glass cannon. Harass her with Q as much as you can and you might be able to kill her early. Remember that she has no way to leave your ult, essentially.
Morgana
If she catches you in a Dark Binding - you die. But if she doesn't, she can't do much. Your heal and shield is enough to save an ADC caught in the Binding.
Nami
First few levels she will outheal and outdamage you, but your healing scales better. Don't get caught in bubbles or her ult.
Nautilus
A good Nautilus will always AA you as soon as you hop off. During laning you can poke from behind cs. Watch out for his ultimate, it can easily put your W on cooldown.
Pantheon
Do not approach him, try your best to get at least some passive procs though.
Pyke
You can out heal his damage and harass plenty, just make sure you don't get hooked.
Rakan
A lot of utility, very fast. Try your best to get passive procs. This matchup gets easier if you know the range of his skills well.
Rell
Sticky, tanky but does not harass that much. From Yuumi's point of view she is like a less threatening Leona.
Samira
Save summs for when she goes in on you or gets low hp herself. Harass and play slowly to get ahead.
Senna
Long range, a lot of damage, slows, a root and healing that is comparable to yours. If you're not used to playing against her just ban her.
Seraphine
Does relatively high damage but lacks cc. Try your best to pick up passive as often as you can to tank her Q's. Keep your ADC healthy to reduce the Q damage. Her ult can be a nightmare, so hang in there.
Sett
Don't get pulled, ward a lot to see the hexflash ahead of time. You heal more than he damages.
Shaco
Don't go into brush. Let cs or your ADC pop the boxes after which you can easily heal them up.
Shen
If you get taunted you die. Besides that support Shen is not the hardest to lane against.
Sion
Ward brush, if you get knocked up you are in trouble. Other than that he is a fat walking target for your Q's and passive procs.
Sivir
You either bait her spellshield or she takes damage. Try to not take too many boomerangs in the face and you should be good through laning phase.
Sona
She harasses more, you heal more. All there is to it. Poke her out of lane with Q and try to kill her early.
Soraka
Silences you so you can't hop back on, heals a lot. Harass with Q until you win.
Swain
Get used to his root cooldown. You only get to play the game when the root is on cooldown. You can mess with ulting Swain if you root him.
Taric
Keep your distance from him and you should have a good time. Don't forget that his ult DOES NOT give his team cc immunity.
Thresh
Not a fun lane. Even if you stay out of his hook and flail ranges, he will spam autos. This matchup is easier if you know the range of his spells well.
Tristana
Hold your exhaust until she jumps in. She deals a lot of damage all game, so play safe. Don't forget to stay away if you have a bomb on you!
Twitch
Annoying toxic rat with high damage. It's not easy, but try to get as many passive procs as you can to shield your ADC from poison damage.
Varus
Easy in general, but has heal reduction in his kit and a root that you, as Yuumi, must avoid.
Vayne
All general Vayne tips apply here. Don't get stunned, harass her and you should be good.
Veigar
Annoyingly high damage. But it gets worse, if he traps you or your ADC alone with his cage. If this happens: just pray.
Vel'Koz
Unreal amounts of damage, part of which is true. You will most likely harass him with Q and take passive procs from the enemy ADC.
Xayah
Walk to one side to avoid feathers. If you don't get rooted you can trade fairly well.
Xerath
Hard to play against, but gets easier once you get a feel for his cooldowns. Try not to get behind, or you might not be able to outheal his damage.
Yasuo
Harass him out of lane and avoid his tornado. Shoo, silly samurai, you don't belong in botlane!
Zyra
A skilled Zyra will make your life hell. Hop off if she has her root on cooldown. Help your ADC destroy plants for that sweet 3 gold. If she ults, hop back on anyone ASAP.
Aphelios
All depends on the Aphelios. You can both give a great Aphelios that extra sustain and attack speed to win 2v5 or int from the start of the game.

This is trolling. But it is funny to get knocked up by a cat who flies back the moment she hits you.

Weakeast early game imaginable, although the late game potential is there, I guess. Just play Lulu.
