Good idea, but i think, that you willn't have many damage in this build. You will more defensiveness, but Neeko isn't tank or bruiser. On-hit Neeko have more magic damage in all builds, but with Immortal Shieldbow you buy Lord Dominik's Regards, why? It's bad item for on-hit, if you wouldn't buy Blade of the Ruined King. Void Staff will more effective. Wit's End now is very poor item. 1 item can't make you a tank, then the Zhonya's Hourglass must be in the build core.
In general, the idea is interesting, and the guide is good. It's really cool Neeko.
"Stand back! Big strong Neeko coming though!" - ;)
Good luck!
This build actually still deals a lot of damage. That's why losing the true damage from Kraken Slayer is worth it for the extra survivability. I think you forgot that Guinsoo's Rageblade got changed in S11, where it transforms crit chance into extra on-hit damage. That's why both Immortal Shieldbow and Lord Dominik's Regards work in this build. With 60% crit chance you have 120 on-hit AD damage, 240 on-hit every third auto. It's because of this AD damage that LDR actually is better than Void Staff in a lot of situations.
Trust me, I've done a lot of testing with both Lord Dominik's Regards and Void Staff to know which is better when. Even without rageblade, just purely a Nashor's Tooth + Immortal Shieldbow early will still provide you with enough damage since Nashor's is so gold efficient.
"Who stands in Neeko's way? Dummies with small sho'ma, that's who!"
Good luck!
