Welcome to the Ghost Smite Nilah Top (not top) guide; I am DamoDoggy, the creamiest player in all of League of Legends.

This is the best possible Nilah guide in [12.13]

WIth Top (not top) strategies; I usually pull this off with Sejuani; you never step foot in the top lane... it's a waste; only gank & steal camps, this is due to how creamy this strategy is.

Cream Steal Start

Mashallah...

We start off the game with boots; we always invade & try to steal enemy camps as this is the strategy which secures high win rates.

With Predator Boots + Ghost + Runes, you're always first to the invade; You also start with W which gives movement speed to both yourself & your teammates which secures the FACT that you'll be first on the cream invade supreme.

Why this build?

Shurelyas/Chemtank for the movement speed.

Deadmans for the movement speed.

Youmoos for the movement speed.

Zhonyas for the Cream Ult Supreme Combo.

Warmogs for the ultimate sustain.

I have tested this build out & can confidently say that this is what will win you games.
