You made an application in the guide review thread, so here it is!
One note before I start:

I do not play Kha'Zix myself, so my knowledge on builds and runes is limited

Cheatsheet

Talk about when to take conq + inspi over conq + rav rather than saying what magical footwear & cosmic insight do. To me it’s almost like conq + inspi is only here because the #1 Kha’zix uses it, not because you think it is a good option.
Where in the build do you build the situational items? You did explain this in the assassin build notes but not in the bruiser build notes.
It is possible to make a separate build for bruiser/assassin Kha’zix (1st page of guide editor, select another Kha’zix). (Like in this guide)

Why Kha’zix

As a specialty you listed “assassinating squishy targets”. Isn’t this generic for ALL assassins? What is it what Kha'Zix has but, for example, Rengar does not?

Runes

The rune explanations are rather lengthy, make them more concise and try to avoid repeating what a certain rune does but simply explain when it is taken. (An example: For the second row you always want to take Sudden Impact over the others. Sudden Impact gives you ~~an amount of~~ lethality ~~depending on your level~~ when you use your E or exit your R~~. This lethality increased your damage output by ignoring armor.~~, which will increase your damage output. Therefore Sudden Impact is the best choice for assassin Kha'Zix)
At the secondary tree you say, “I advise looking at the runes at the top of the guide”. And then you list the runes… The only reason why I would scroll up is to read why you take those runes. I’d definitely add this explanation to the runes section.
Avoid talking about the bruiser Kha'Zix build in general in the Conqueror description. I advise making a separate section talking about the strengths and weaknesses of the two builds, so people can understand when to go one over the other
The bruiser runes suffer even more of lengthy explanations. Avoid repeating the descriptions of items/runes (ESPECIALLY the numbers). It is okay to mention what a rune does (usually that it is essential for the explanation why it is taken) but you can easily do so without repeating the entire description.
I’m a bit skeptical of Cut Down. As bruiser Kha'Zix you build health items (decreasing the HP diff), is it really that effective?
When is healing & damage preferred over mobility and lower cds (and/or vice versa)? Add that to the secondary tree explanation of the bruiser runes.

Items

First a note on the ordering: in the cheat sheet and rune section the assassin build comes before the bruiser build, but here it is the other way around. Try to make it consistent (either always list bruiser stuff first or list assassin stuff first).
I feel like Youmuu's Ghostblade is a core item of the assassin build, even though you do not list is as such. Is this feeling correct? Because if it is you should definitely put it in the core items.
The example build is a sort of standard build, but at the same time, it is not. You clearly state Guardian Angel is a situational item. What is the purpose of this subsection, does it really need to be its own thing or will a list of all the non-core items do the job as well?

Abilities

Perhaps you could add some tips/tricks on the abilities. Basically the stuff you got in the Mechanics section.
Ability preview videos are always good addition as well.

Evolutions

I think it is possible to slap everything about evolutions (from the last bit of the abilities section to the talk about R evolution) in a single chapter.

Abilities

Although this section is called "teamfighting" it is more about making picks before fights rather than teamfighting itself. What is an opening (& how do you take advantage of it)? How do you utilize R stealth in teamfights?

Presentation

First my global perception: the use of coding templates makes the guide readable and it looks alright. However, the guide doesn't really have one theme. You use all the skins in the banners/througout the guide despite them having very different color palettes (Mecha = grey, red; Sand = yellow, green; Dark star = purple; Championship = blue, gold, grey). On top of that the color of the code also switches around.

I think it would look better if you used one theme/color palette, it's up to you to whether to change it or not though.

Then the nitty-gritty specifics:

About me (section)
- I’m always a bit doubtful of elo/WR claims, perhaps you can add a hyperlink/image or something of that sort.
Items
- Avoid centering paragraphs of text. It makes the text harder to read as every line starts at a different position. This doesn’t go that well with centered headers so when you uncenter/left align the text you should uncenter/left align those as well.
- Caulfield's Warhammer link is broken (at Assassin core).
- Link to Vladimir and Sylas is broken (Other viable assassin items)
Evolutions
- There is a random "Code: " at the top of the Q evolution chapter
- At W evolution you colored the sentence where you said when to take the evo. You could do that for E and R evo as well.
Jungle Path
- At red start you say, “You will be prone to ganks”, do you mean invades?
Teamfighting
- red lens should be Oracle Lens

The information in the guide is good, the thing you have to work on is making sure your reader understands it. Try to make paragraphs more concise and avoid mentioning exact numbers unless they're really important.

Besides that the basics of the guide are alright. If you wish you can expand the guide to cover some (more advanced) topics such as combo's, warding, tracking the enemy jungler. There's probably much more to talk about, your imagination is the only limit.
