Doesn't matter the strat. Doesn't matter the skill. 1 blind dart and that's basically it with their ability to hide in the middle or off to the side of the lane this setup is absolutely countered by a decent teemo. He can run you down and poison you to death all before you get another stun.
THE ONLY chance at surviavl is to bait out a blind, sustain with doing no damage so run and heal then turn on them the very instance your stun is back and hope you can kill them before they kill you.
