To this day, I still have some difficulty playing her with lethal tempo! I mean, she feels more vulnerable to me? I think it's easier/more simple to play her with fleeting footwork, you can always poke or bolt if anything lol

Yep! I also found Fleet more comfortable to play overall, especially when I was unsure how the lane would go. Really good to have early game. But there were also times where I missed LT in teamfights and skirmishes, the extra range she gets is bizarre especially with RFC. I think a lot of it comes down to player preference, both runes are good in different situations. I do think I prefer LT because I'm a bit overcautious and usually play more for mid-late game as a default.

For me bans usually depend on the meta. Right now Ashe support is very popular and I find her very annoying to lane against, so she has been my perma ban for most ADCs.
But good bans for Caitlyn in general are, in my opinion, Draven and Jhin. Sivir and Jinx are good too when they are strong in the meta.
In low elo (usually) only OTPs play Draven well enough for him to be problematic so maybe Jhin is a better ban. Around Diamond I would start banning Draven.
