It looks good. I'm not gonna vote because I don't have/play Kat but, you might want to take out the "Shunpo to friendly creep to gain HP" part. You're not dealing damage so, you don't activate spell vamp.
I also see a ton of wall-of-text sections later. Try putting some line breaks in there to make them easier on the eyes.

Thanks for the notifications....You're right spell vamp needs dmg to trigger...As for the wall-of-text sections i 'll imrove them as soon as i can....I was just way too anxious about creating it....:)
