Since your taking hextech gunblade which deals magic dmge it might be wise to pick up the 15% magic pene mastery, This'll also help your ignite and two-shiv poison.
Another thing i'd like to point out is your item build, you might have 300% crit dmge with ur mastery's but your crit chance is only roughly 30% so basicly you dont optimize your crit dmge. the only time when you can rely on this build is when using deceive. so it might be good to pickup some more crit % items.
and i kinda disagree on the Jack in the box part. with only 1 rank in it you can more easy grab neutral buffs and it is quite nice for escaping (the fear). but hé, thats personal prefrence i guess.
Other then that i like the effort you put in it but it could be improved.
