Basically what the guide mentions at the very beginning, so your comment i kinda redundant:
I'm gonna completely rewrite and restructure it later.

Fullbuild suggestions: That's up the player, since the last two items are completely situational. There is no cookie-cutter solution to this. Maybe i'll add one later down the road when i figure out fullbuild that works best for many scenarios.
