Im so glad that Lucian is good again and plays well. I just got his prject skin from a chest too! Definitely gonna start playing mid and adc again!

when should i be using the very specfic situation items (Guinsoo's Rageblade and Hextech Gunblade)

Hi there, sorry for the late response. Gunblade is used in a dual gap-closer/poke lane. Especially when it comes to Leblanc and it is harder to poke her down. It can also be used as a minor slow or mixed damage against a tank. Rageblade would be used for extended trading lanes, such as low-damage tanks. This can assist you in getting more autos in at an increased speed.

Is the new essence reaver not a good item to rush on Lucian mid? I've noticed that bot lane Lucian seems to get it very early on as a core item

Hi and thank you so much for commenting on my guide. Specifically in the mid lane that is usually full of mages you aren't focused much on the mana sustain like they are. This is mostly due to mages having a harder time farming in the lane early without mana. Now for those that continue to stay in lane with little to no mana you want to be able to burst them down as quick as possible in an all-in which is easier using different items than essence reaver. I think he can still be very strong, you just have to push your advantages when they come.

Just one small thing, you are missing a rune in the tree at the top of your guide. All we get to see is + + . As I can read in your guide you go , this is the one that doesn't show at the top of the guide. So you might want to add that last one. ^^
