There are a few things I like about this, namely, the items, runes and skill selection. I feel a few things can be improved upon however;
The boots- Maybe swap for Mercs (because you don't always want to have to count on her passive)
The length- It's fine atm for a build but if you really want to make it guide-worthy then write more, like explaining your skilling order, why you chose those runes, what summoners are good, a masteries explanation, etc.

Anyway +1 I hope you continue to expand!
