The Items I chose.

Runic Bulwark:The armour and magic resist is nice.Plus,it has the unique aura and will help your team survive.
Shurelya's Reverie:The unique active is pretty nice in escaping or chasing,which will help your team get fed.The extra health and mana is nice too.
Shard of True Ice:The unique active will help you chase down those pesky Teemos,and who doesn't like extra gold?
Mikael's Crucible:The magic resist will help immensely on the apc that will be focusing you,because they think they can get an easy kill,with the help of Mikael's and the Runic Bulwark,you'll make them regret targeting you.
Ionian Boots of Lucidity:The extra cooldown for your ult,which is a knockup and heal,is really handy have in teamfights.

Farming

First off,DO NOT EVER steal creeps from your adc.A fed adc is better than a fed Lulu.I cannot stress enough how much supports are not supposed to farm.

Team Work

As a support,you need communication,you could tell your tank to rush,then you could ult him and get some kills,or you could die from not helping them due to you not being able to.
