You realize, I take it, that the CDR build you suggest breaks the 40% (max) without even Blue Buff or Elixirs taken into account? 15% shoes, 20% tome and 4-10% masteries. Since fiddles is one of the better champions to carry Blue Buff (and normally played as a jungler), you should usually have its 20% CDR to make some of that CDR obsolete. I see what you are sayingm but the reason why i already break the 40% late game without blue or elixir is so that i do not have to rely or worry about them all the time. This is so i can let my team benefit from the buffs late game since i am not so dependent on it. But the cdr build is still optional and is really just up to choice since it is helpful to cast one or two more abilities in fights.
