Remember that you are tanky and your team expect you to engage if a team fight is on the table. Toggle blood price and aim your ''Q'' (dark flight on the enemy ADC. Use ult (Massacre) and try to shut down the ADC. But whatever you do, when under 50% health toggle Blood thirst back for extra lifesteal/healing. If the pasive is up you can give the enemy team al in and risk dying for maximum dmg output, but this is only if you know that your team is winning the team fight.
