Let me tell you what I think anyways and why i think mine is better
I wouldn't max condemn first:
condemn takes alot more mana (3 times more than tumble). can only use it 2 times at low level
also if u do the math:
condemn damage with your build with 299 AD at level 18:
210+149 (50%) = 359 damage
IF you knock them into a wall:
220+149= 369+ 359 = 728 total damage.
The cooldown is 12 seconds...even longer (closer to 20 seconds at rank 1)
If you were fighting anyone smart they would not go anywhere near a wall and even if they did you would be on a 12 second cd....thats too long honestly
Meanwhile:
tumble damage with 299 AD at level 18:
299+224 = 523 damage...
with a cooldown of 2 seconds...no wall required...3 times less mana per use.
If you add an item such as trinity force or even a sheen (which is 1200 gold)
299 +299(sheen proc) = 598 + 448 (75% of ad) = 1046 damage...on a 2 second cd...no wall required.
and keep in mind you can still do 728 damage with a wall knock from condemn and follow it up again with a tumble combo for another 1046 damage...
Another note...you are underestimating silver bolts in a fight. It does massive damage bc it is percent base...You want to max it second because a tank at low-mid level will be melted.
