I have been working on this build for a few weeks now, always get good scores, but like anything else it really has to do with timing. I will try to upload a photo of my route for you.

Smite? Well I have never tried to jungle sion without it. so thats your call I say always get it. Ghost is to catch your enemy. flash really wouldnt be the best with this champion.

I use these runes most of the time, but you can also use Crit Dmg Marks and Quints, by then end you should be criting around 1300 a hit. the Dodge i use to help stay alive in combat areas, the dodge works well with your shield. that little attack speed will help you out in the early jungle.

I believe its pretty much easy said. you can do 21/9/0 its a little slower but i have done it, I have also played with 14/9/7. all of them work but i seem to like 21/0/9 the most.

I myself max out (e) Enrage first and never shut it off. When i have you place a point someplace else it goes into the (w) shield, but always place a point it (Q) at level 4 so that you can gank easier.

Most of the items arnt really able to be traded out. you can take the merc treads and get B greaves but i find the ult is best with the Mercs. and you get enough attack speed by the end of the round.

I have a few photos to upload but im working on that later atm i gotta go, start at 2 golems, move to wrathes, wolves, blue, then you can do the 2 golems, wrath, and wolves again heal then do blue, when you hit level six make sure you have blue do dragon. you dont need to blue to do dragon but it helps.
